Product Misrepresented
"I recently purchased a personalized preschool bundle from Urban Infant and wanted to share my experience for other parents. The quality of the items and personalization itself are good, and I really liked the pattern I chose. However, the products I received did not match what was advertised on their website. The listing shows a coordinated set (matching background colors and green piping details), but the backpack and lunch bag I received had different coloring and were missing those design elements entirely, so the set does not match as expected. When I reached out to customer service, they confirmed that a design change had been made but that the website images had not been updated. While I appreciate their honesty, this was disappointing since the cohesive look was a big reason I chose this bundle. They offered a partial refund (30%) or a full refund if I returned the items. Since the items were personalized and my child needed them for school right away, returning them wasn’t a practical option. Overall, the product quality is fine, but I would strongly recommend that the company update their product photos to accurately reflect what customers will receive. If you’re ordering based on a specific look, just be aware that it may not match the current listing."

Love the packie! But. .
"I absolutely love the packie, but when you get it embroidered… they don’t put it in the same spot…for OCD moms and dads… it sucks. Especially when both kiddos go to daycare and I look at it daily"

Happy with our purchase!
"We love Clementine's cute alpaca backpack and matching lunchbox. The material is smooth and holds a large sized bento box. This has been the best purchase!"

Perfect Little Pack!
"My son just started daycare and the amount of things that fit were surprising. Packed a blanket, two outfits and a cribsheet. Unintended plus the vertical tube fits an extra water bottle so that he had backup water incase he finished what was in his sippy cup."

Folder won’t fit in
"If your kiddo needs to carry a 8.5”x11” folder, it won’t fit in this backpack."

Color is not as expected.
"Color is not as expected. It is dull. Quality is good though."

It's okay
"Frankly it is an overpriced backpack that is a bit small for a preschool backpack. I'm not in love with it but I spent too much to justify not using it."

Cute and great quality backpack
"The material is water resistant and stays clean. The submarine pattern is adorable and I love that it's not the super popular dinosaur, unicorn, or construction themed print that is out there. It's still fun and fantastical for a kid but different than a lot of the other prints you see elsewhere. This backpack fits my 22-month-old and holds a lot; a puffy coat, a pack of diapers, wipes, and cups."
