"Order 2 aprons for our holiday cookie baking day. They shipped out the next day and were scheduled to arrive in 2 days. Unfortunately my package went MIA after being marked as delivered and with the holidays I was sure we were going to have to have to do without. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and shipped out another package next day which was delivered directly to me. "Just purchased a second apron for another grandson. I first found this product after much research when I wanted a kid-size apron for my then 3 year-old grandson, who at 5 now spends lots of time cooking with his parents and still wears his monogrammed (size small) submarine pattern. Now his 2 year-old brother has his own (Urban Dude, size small, monogrammed). These are so well-made, well-designed, and the kids love them. I see how well they stand up over time. I haven’t seen anything yet online that is as well designed as this product."
